Follow my Steps:
3. In open box, type regedit and click on ok button
4. Select HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE
5. Select SYSTEM
6. Select CurrentControlSet
7. Select Services
8. Select USBSTOR.
10. Enter the value 4 and click on OK button, shown as below image. 
To Enable USB ports
- Click on Start button
- Press Window + R
3. In open box, type regedit and click on ok button
4. Select HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE
5. Select SYSTEM
6. Select CurrentControlSet
7. Select Services
9. Double click on Start option right side of the window.
10. Enter the value 4 and click on OK button, shown as below image.
11. Now Refresh (F5) your computer and insert pendrive now observe.
To Enable USB ports
Follow the steps from 1 to 10 and enter the value 3 and click on ok.
